I’m Jaime – a 30-something gluten-free wife and mother of two beautiful children, O and V.  I’ve been gluten-free since 2004 when I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and I like to think I’ve learned a thing or two since then.  My daughter V, a “spirited” preschooler, has a peanut allergy (anaphylaxis) and a tree nut allergy (skin test after the peanut incident).  My husband Sam is allergic to beef, after being bitten by the Lonestar tick a few years ago in the Blue Ridge mountains.  We love traveling together and finding allergy friendly destinations!
